No more boiled, baked, and braised. Wicked Tasty adds flavor and fun to New England classics.
We are far more than lobster rolls and clam chowder. On the truck, we utilize some of our region’s favorite and oldest foods. We give them re-introductions. Remember the iconic Fluffa - Nutta from your child hood or putting maple syrup on everything? Watch these classics transform with character and flavor from Wicked Tasty. We take our peanut butter and fluff sandwich, roll it in corn flakes, and deep fry it! We make a killer maple bacon onion jam, made with real maple syrup, and put that stuff on everything - from our 603 Burger, to our 617 Dogs, or the 978 Fries! Did you know that barley was one of the biggest traded grains in the early days of our settlers? Our Boston Bowl utilizes this grain with roasted vegetables from our region, like sweet potato and corn.
We are nostalgia on a plate; We are comfort in a bowl; We are New England food re-imagined!

As New Englanders - WT Owners Jakob and Oliver always want to give back to the very community that built them. Hosting Free Food Days outside local homeless shelters and volunteering for charitable events.
Jakob grew up in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and the Southern New Hampshire area. He started cooking with his parents as a kid, enjoying his parents “dancing and singing around the kitchen, or foraging through the forest on camping trips to cook dinner on the fire.” Jakob has continued to show his love and passion for cooking throughout his traveling the United Sates; ultimately pulling from his experience “to add flare, flavor, and different techniques to each dish.” His experience in the culinary industry has created and molded him to be the man he is today, pushing through the trials and tribulations life has thrown at him. “The story of me and my life is one of perseverance, courage, and finding what it takes to survive. When I am cooking, it gives me excitement, grace, forgiveness, adaptability, and drive.”
Oliver is from New Hampshire originally and started in the food service industry washing dishes. Over the years, Oliver became chef / manager at multiple restaurants, bars, and night clubs around the country from New York City to Key West FL.
Back in New England, Oliver operates a real estate company and you can find him on the Wicked Tasty Food Truck slanging delicious food!
